BREW IN A BAG (BIAB). With BIAB, everything is done in the boiler. When mashing is finished, you remove the bag, let it drain for a few minutes, then set it aside and bring the wort to a boil. BIAB is superior to using an expensive 'All-In-One' type of brewing system.
