Australian Malt Extract Unhopped 1.5 KG. Comprised of Pale Malt and a proportion of Black Patent Malt as a constituent of the mash in order to produce a malt extract with a rich dark color. Comprised of 50% pale malt and 50% wheat malt in order to create a wheat malt extract with a light golden color.
