Crickley Hill represents another foray into fruited oak aged mixed fermentation ales, this time with delicious strawberry. This beer was aged in oak for a year before being refermented on local strawberries from Carey Organic in Worcester for 4 weeks. It has a beaming strawberry aroma, gentle acidity and a soft finish.
