PROTAFLOC TABLETS. PROTAFLOC TABLETS are a tabletted carrageenan product which is added to the wort in the kettle to enhance protein removal as the wort cools. One tablet treats between 5 gallons of wort (23 litres) and10 gallons of wort (50 litres) Use half a tablet for less than 5gallons.
